The Hotel and Restaurant are located in Sarvisé, in the Ordesa Valley, next to the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park.
The restaurant, with carefully designed décor, seats around forty guests. Here you can enjoy its excellent homemade cuisine, which combines traditional dishes with innovative touches ? renowned throughout the valley and sure to delight even the most demanding palates.

Lunch: 12:00 to 14:00
Dinner: 20:00 to 22:00
Open every day in summer.
Rest of the year: closed Sunday evenings and Mondays, except for hotel guests.
