PETS ARE ALLOWED UPON REQUEST (MAXIMUM 1). **Additional charges may apply (€10 per pet, per night).
The pet owner is responsible for the pet?s hygiene and for any damage caused during the stay to cleaning, furniture, or household items.
In the event of noise or disturbances caused by the pet, the establishment reserves the right to ask both the guest and the pet to leave.
Please do not allow your pet on beds, sofas, or armchairs. Avoid using the apartment?s plates, glasses, or other utensils for the pet. Pets may not be bathed in the bathrooms, nor may apartment towels be used to dry them.
Your pet (dog) may not remain alone in the apartment.
**One-night bookings are available upon request and additional charges may apply.
CHECK-IN IS FROM 5:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT BEFORE 12:00 PM.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
THE RESERVATION CENTER ACTS SOLELY AS AN INTERMEDIARY AND SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE OR DISPUTES BETWEEN THE GUEST AND THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION, WHO ARE THE PARTIES ENTERING INTO THE RESERVATION AGREEMENT.
BOOKING CONDITIONS ? S.C.R. The Central Reservation System will process and confirm your booking provided that all requirements are fully met. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM THE RESERVATION CENTER. Reservations made will be considered a pre-booking until confirmed by the Reservation Center.
ONCE THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, YOU MUST SEND THE BANK RECEIPT BY FAX (+34 974 242061) OR BY EMAIL (reservas@turismoverdehuesca.es
). Afterwards, the client will receive confirmation of the booking specifying the following details: check-in and check-out dates, number of reserved places, number of rooms, and total price. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. The Centralized System establishes bilateral communication between the user and the property owner.
CANCELLATIONS: At any time, the guest may cancel the contracted services and will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, subject to compensation to the establishment according to the amounts and limits established in DECREE 78/2025 of 9 July of the Government of Aragón, regulating the pricing and reservation system for tourist services.
Booking confirmation: once the deposit requirements have been fulfilled, your reservation will be held until midnight on the arrival date stated in your booking.
Specific booking conditions:
Apartments: Free cancellation and modification up to 10 days before the arrival date.
Casa A'Pajera: Free cancellation and modification up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Reduction of stay once the reservation period has started: the property reserves the right to charge 100% of the amount corresponding to the unused days.
Data protection: In compliance with the Spanish Organic Law on the Regulation of Automated Processing of Personal Data (LORTAD), the data entered during the booking process will be incorporated into an automated file owned by the reserved accommodation provider. Your data will be used and processed for management and promotional purposes by the accommodation provider, with appropriate measures adopted to ensure confidentiality.
