-Ground floor apartment: consists of 2 double bedrooms with double beds, a living-dining room with a two-seater sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a terrace with table and chairs overlooking the Ara River.
- Upper floor apartment: consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; a living-dining room with a two-seater sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. One of the rooms has a small balcony.
In front of the Borda is the apartment house, which has 2 duplex apartments for 4 to 6 people and two ground-floor studios with kitchens, each for 2 people.
The house is located in the old quarter of Broto, along the traditional path that used to lead up to Torla. It is the quietest area of the village, with large open spaces where children can play safely. From the house there are magnificent views of the Pyrenees, especially the area of the National Park. The spectacular view of the Mondarruego Massif is particularly notable.
Thanks to its location, Broto is an excellent starting point for visiting the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park.
