Casa Féliz is a rural duplex located in Torres del Obispo - Graus, in the region of Ribagorza (Huesca).
The family house dates back to 1800. Although the house has a lot of history, we have totally rehabilitated it to have all the comforts.
Our house offers the possibility of spending some pleasant, comfortable and quiet days surrounded by nature, good gastronomy and diversity of cultural and sports activities.
The house has an entrance courtyard on the ground floor.
1st floor: apartment in accondidionamiento currently. OPENING JUNE 2019
DUPLEX: 2ª and 3ª floor of the house : duplex apartment of 140 mts.
On the first floor of the accommodation there is a double bedroom on the first floor, a large triple room with a double bed and a single bed and a balcony.
Complete bathroom with shower (thermostatic tap), bidet, hairdryer and heater.
Living room - Dining room with plasma TV, DVD, video.
Kitchen equipped with: electrical appliances (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, minipimer, squeezer, fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron) and household goods.
A second double room with two single beds and balcony.
The main floor of the duplex is communicated with the attic by means of a wooden staircase.
On the second floor of the accommodation is: Living room with plasma TV, DVD, video and mini musical chain.
There is a continuous balcony that covers the main facade of the house.
1 double room on the second floor, a bathroom with hydromassage shower, thermostatic tap with three types of jet.
1 Triple room with double bed, single bed and velux window.

Includes:
- Household linen (flannel or coranila sheets for the winter season, 3 towels per person and tablecloths).
- First day consumables (toilet paper, bath gel, garbage bag, dish soap, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar).
- Free Wifi in some rooms.
- Mosquito nets in all openings.
- Standing fan.
- Possibility of adding an extra bed and cot.
Only 5 minutes walk or by car from the duplex, we find the garden area, swimming pool (open during the summer season), barbecue and table football all shared with the owners. The schedule is from 11:00 hours to 19:00 hours; hour this one in which it will have to leave the reciento for reasons of maintenance of the facilities. They have tables, chairs and kitchenware (charcoal/wood at the tenant's expense). The owners are not responsible for accidents / injuries that may occur.
