Booking conditions
Cancellations:
For a full refund of the deposit, the booking must be cancelled at least one month prior to the arrival date. During the summer season, the cancellation period is 50 days.
As an exception, provided that the entire period of the booked reservation can be re-let, it will be held for another occasion within a period of 6 months.
If you have any doubts about a possible cancellation, it is important that you notify us so that we can create a waiting list and avoid the loss of your deposit.
In the event of justified illness of the tenants or relatives up to the second degree, the deposit will be refunded minus bank and administration fees. If the cancellation affects a booking with several houses or a large group, the corresponding part of the affected persons will be refunded, and the rest of the group must continue with the booking, otherwise the total amount of the deposit will be lost.
