"RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
When making an online reservation through our website, the guest must:
- Select the rooms and dates of their stay.
- Provide the personal information of the reservation holder, as well as their credit card, which will be used solely to guarantee their reservation.
Once the reservation is made, the guest will receive a voucher by email, the content of which must be reviewed by the guest to confirm that everything has been carried out according to their wishes and intentions at the time of booking.
Full payment for said reservation must be made at the beginning of the service (upon arrival at the establishment).
Hostal Marbore reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the check-in date (a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation).
Hostal Marbore reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the credit card is not valid.
CANCELLATION AND/OR RESERVATION MODIFICATION CONDITIONS:
In the event of a reservation cancellation, Hostal Marbore will charge a percentage of the cancellation fee to your credit card.
- If the cancellation is made within 15 days of the arrival date, no charge will be made.
- If the cancellation is made between 15 and 5 days of the arrival date, a 20% charge will be applied.
- If the cancellation is made within 5 days of the arrival date, a 50% charge will be applied.
- If a no-show is made without prior notification, a 100% charge will be applied.
If the reservation is changed to other dates, an attempt will be made to change the reservation as long as the room(s) are available for the new dates.
If the room(s) are booked for all the requested dates, the aforementioned cancellation fees will apply.NO PETS ALLOWED
